(ZOOM ONLY) Assistant Professor Lauraine Hawkins and Elizabeth Pyatt Lecturer/IT Consultant from IT Accessibility will discuss how the tools deployed within the Anthology Ally Canvas plugin can create a more accessible environment for students. The presentation will review how Anthology Ally provides multiple alternative formats students can download “on demand” from Canvas, and it will discuss the accessibility auditing tools that allow instructors to assess the overall accessibility of their content. Lauraine and Elizabeth will share recommendations for developing a remediation strategy to build workflows to make future content more accessible.
